Example: Our retail price is €100 and you find the same pair elsewhere for €95, we will refund you the difference and transfer it back to your bank account: €5 + €2 = €7
How does our lowest price guarantee work?
Send an email to our customer service at info@sunsoutlet.nl with the link to the website where you found the cheaper product. Once we verify that it is the exact same model number and color, we will refund the price difference.
Our lowest price guarantee applies under the following conditions:
- It currently only applies to frames and sunglasses.
- The product must be exactly the same, sold by an authorized seller in the Netherlands, designated by the official distributor/manufacturer.
- Color, size and style must be identical.
- The product must be available on www.sunsoutlet.nl and on the other website, in the same currency and availability.
- The request must be submitted within 14 days of placing your order.
- If promotional codes or special offers have been used, such as: discount codes, discounts, gift vouchers and 'buy one, get one free'
- If the product is available on the other website for shipping to your address, the difference must be at least €1.00.
- In case of printing errors or incorrectly advertised prices.
- Purchases for resale or commercial purposes.
- On products offered for less than our costs.
- For products on auction websites or from unauthorized sellers.
- Not valid for products that are out of stock, opened.
Within 14 days of your order, we will verify the information and refund the price difference to your original payment method, provided all conditions are met. If you have not placed an order at the time of your request, we will place it for you once the lowest price guarantee has been validated.
Price difference applies to all costs of the product, including tax and shipping costs (any discounts deducted). A lowest price guarantee request may be made for a product per order. The difference must be at least 1 euro.
We reserve the right to check product availability and price with another online company before refunding the price difference.
