The average delivery time with us is 4 working days on average. We work directly with the brands, partners or distributors. If this differs, this will be clearly indicated on the product. The same applies to PRE-ORDERS and products from our secret offline deals.

You can easily request a return via email within 14 days of your order. You will then receive return instructions from us including a return label.
